About our Bioelectronic Sticker
Expertly engineered to monitor your hearts ECG activity. Rather than rigid sensors, our design utilizes comfortable textile-based electrodes embedded in a user-friendly bioelectronic sticker format that can be attached to the body like a bandage.
THE SCIENCE BEHIND OUR PATCH
A Closed-Loop System to Optimize Stress Resilience
Heart rate variability (HRV) provides vital insights into autonomic nervous system balance and stress overload states before health deteriorates.
However, monitoring biomarkers is only the first step - we must also empower users with the tools to actively reduce their stress levels. Our solution combines real-time HRV assessment via medical-grade ECG with tailored resonant breathing biofeedback. This personalized feedback loop detects when a user's HRV dips below optimal thresholds, indicating distressed physiology. Custom prompts then guide the user through therapeutic breathing exercises scientifically proven to stimulate the parasympathetic system and restore nervous system equilibrium.

CRAFTING A WEARABLE EXPERIENCE
Unlike traditional watches or bands, we are developing a Bio-Sticker - a user-friendly patch format that utilizes textile-based electrodes embedded in a soft, flexible material. This innovative patch can be comfortably adhered to the body like a bandage, providing a convenient way to monitor physiological signals. Our Bio-Sticker offers advantages over existing wearables through its unobtrusive design and flexible, textile-based sensing technology.
Our patch is designed for placement near the heart and utilizes reusable, gel-free electrodes. This makes it breathable and comfortable enough for long-term wear, unlike conventional sticky ECG electrodes that can irritate the skin. The textile-based electrodes in our patch provide robust signal quality in a reusable, non-irritating format that users can wear for extended periods with ease.

THE PEACE IN PACES PRODUCT
How are we different?

Consumer wearables available today using optical based sensors or photoplethysmography (PPG) for heart rate tracking. This method measures volumetric changes in your blood from which the heart rate is calculated using suitable algorithms.
On the other hand, electrocardiogram or ECG measures visual representation of the electric signals originating from the heart. As your heart beats, those electric signals carry through your body fluids onto your skin on which you can place electrodes that measure the changes.
ECG vs PPG
RESONANT BREATHING TO BOOST HRV
Biofeedback is a science-backed method that synchronizes your heart rate and breathing rate, training your autonomic nervous system to be more balanced and resilient to stress. By using sensors to provide real-time data on physiological signals like heart rate variability, and then feeding this information back to the user, biofeedback empowers users to consciously control these involuntary processes and reduce their stress levels. Regular biofeedback training has been shown to be an effective way to manage stress, anxiety, hypertension, chronic pain, and more.
